I made a similar post like this last month, but now that I have Corvus and awakened Omega Red...

    Corvus without suicides is disappointing imo. Based on your pi, I guess you don't have it?

    Omega is still pretty great without suicides, it's preferable that you have them but I use Omega all the time and I don't run suicides. I agree about Corvus though

    No, they're both still extremely solid without suicides, but without them, I'd say Corvus>Omega.

    No they don't. Even without suicides, Corvus is still great, especially as a first R5. He was my first R5, he carried me through a ton of content, and I still use him all the time without suicides. Omega as well.

    I'm going to have to strongly disagree there. I have Corvus as an awakened R2 6* without suicides and he never gets used outside of AQ. Healthpools in Cavalier difficultly and anything beyond 6.1 are too large for him. Omega on the other hand can be used anywhere (apart from maybe abyss). Not having suicides does mean you miss out on death field damage at the start of the fight, but it's not that big a deal and doesn't make him any less viable.

    My answer will remain as Omega Red then. He'll be great without suicides, and if you do get them in the future OR will only benefit from them.

    Just some extra info:

    -I don’t run suicides currently but I’m trying to unlock them
    -I’m still completing act 5 after putting it off so long
    -I’m not that familiar with Omega Red and just awakened him with the gamma event which is why he’s still at rank one

    Id go Corvus for where you’re at. R5 with suicides will do so much for you. Do omega as you get his signature higher.
