I have noticed that when using Masacre and striking into blocks, he does not gain bat incinerate charges.

    The ability description says it is hits with the bat into the block that provide charges. Some of massacres combo are not bat hits so not every hit will start to ignite the bat

    Not against Proxima. I understand the bat mechanics vs regular contact. Problem happens in Arenas.

    You still haven't described the scenario of the issue.
