Better awards for officers

Hi there, I do believe officers and leadership need to have better rewards since they have a lot to do. Lately it is very hard to find good officers to help the team because no one wants to do the job. So ... how about some rewards for their work?

Working along well with them, removing nodes, being active is the best REWARD you and your ally mates can give your officers and leaders.

Officers choose to work harder. That doesn't mean they can get extra rewards.

What if those officers are worse than the members?

If something like this were to happen then you would have to limit the number of officers to say 6 plus the leader. This way you couldn’t just make the whole alliance officers to get better rewards.

I think it’s a good idea but the bonus would have to be something small. Say an additional 5% added on to the rewards they already get and only for aw.

Totally agree. We currently have 21 officers in our alliance. Some of them just wanna collect rewards in AQ and AW by just getting in but NOT participating at all. Do u think they deserve more rewards?

The issue with this is an ally could just make every member an officer and get free extra stuff

lol. Being an officer has almost no value, besides kicking and recruiting people. The joy of recruiting/kicking someone is their reward, that's it XD

Well, as a war officer in a p1 alliance, I’ll often spend an hour planning aw attack paths and also have to plan defence which can take forever, so there’s a lot more to it
