Red vision

I have all the missions 100% explored except the second mission in Chapter 2, on Cavalier difficulty, what can I do if my mutants are bad? or if I have absolutely no double immune

If Omega Red has 90% bleed reduction in his kit and when you have the 10% reduction of bleed mastery, that makes Omega Red not take bleed damage, shouldn't this translate to all mutants if you have the mastery item?
