Send in a Support Ticket to Kabam, and work with them to resolve the issue.
But DON'T ask your Provider for a Refund, that will cause more problems.

Most likely this! You get them when you reach certain levels... 40, 50 and 60 if memory serves correct.

I believe it was 15, 30, and 60 for the premium, then 4*, then 5*
