AW tiers - clarification

Can we get some clarity on the cutoff for tier 1 in AW. Before it was top 45 that was tier 1. Now even top 35 doesn’t have tier 1 status.

Right now it's a percentage which can always fluctuate, especially as bans happen. They should really just make them fixed numbers at this point. We have a pretty good idea of how many alliances are competing and could just do it that way.
