Probably not a bug. One sig stone might not make much of a difference when you're already sig 140.

Oh, that‘s normal/not a Bug. His skill is getting better with every single stone (if you would look at the ability %) and your Prestige is going up as well.

But that useless power number can only display these +10 steps. A single stone us just not doing enough to see a difference there.

Maybe it's like the 1st and the 2nd together make the +10 in the PI??
And maybe if you put a 4th stone it gets another 10 PI??
But still, sig stones make the slight changes [atleast more than PI] in abilities when you add in such small numbers.
