I just purchased this on October 22. Today is November 13. Why is coming up so soon?? And why does it say I have 149 days left?

Hmm, you purchase it for 1 month => 4 weeks/28 days, right? October is a long month with 31 days, so 22nd October until ~16th November might be correct.

If you look at the bottom of the picture, you'll see that you have 14 days left. They always "remind" you early in hopes you repurchase early.
