No, there won't be. The only reason for rank down gems was nerfing characters drastically. Ir was only meant to give players a "refund" opportunity from a champion that was changed. With none of that happening now, there is no reason for them to become available.

In fact, since they buff champions nowadays, it'd make even less than 0 sense

my b didnt know u were new, RDT's will probably only given if a champ is nerfed badly or something. for future reference, try search to see if a topic has already been created so you can get your answer there.

Hey @yabadaga, as is stated in the Forum FAQs, we don't have any plans to bring back Rank Down Tickets. However, if we change our minds about that in the future, we'll be sure to let everyone know!
