People who have done Abyss, Did you enjoy it?

So, I decide to somewhat quit the game and left my alliance. But being the addiction this game is, I couldn't. As a person without an alliance, I realized that all my champs will be free and I could attempt the Abyss.

The estimates of cost I heard were 5000 units with the horsemen. I had 3 horsemen and Longshot. With only 3k units, I decided what the hell and went for it

24 hours later it was done. I felt so happy just by reaching the collecter. Even if the only rewards I got were 1 gold, I felt that I might still be satisfied because if the challenge I overcame. Apart from the really vanilla fights like Joe fixit, and **** like Mordo, I really enjoyed my Abyss run.

How did you guys feel after completing?

    I enjoyed it aside from collector. However, that was at 4am so maybe tiredness skewed it. Really enjoyed the cyclops fight

    Oh, maybe it's that discussion where you showed part of your roster, and I was like: "bruh, you literally just completed act 6, you might as well walk through abyss with that roster" or something like that.

    The Cyclops fight was fantastic. Even though I used a bunch of revives I thoroughly enjoyed it
    I think I used 2 or 3 with Sabretooth. I’d done a ton of duels to get the timing on the parry down beforehand though. It was just an interesting fight in the middle of a slog against basic champs

    I've done exploration and feel rather than the fights themselves, what I really enjoyed was the satisfaction from spending lots of time preparing and planning for each path and actually going through the paths and seeing that time preparing was well spent. It's such a great feeling of accomplishment! Some fights were awful of course, but where else do you get the chance to solo 5.7million health fights with Human Torch with 100+ smoulders ;)

    @HI_guys There may be more that I'm forgetting but Morningstar, Ghost Rider, Dormammu and Mephisto are the solos I can remember!

    I oddly enjoyed my first clear, from the 2 week grind for resources building up to it and then the day I spread the path out over it was fun. However, I had a lot of free time back then and life has got much busier since. I’m also generally not a fan of longer content like that (still only done one path in LoL). Safe to say that, while I had originally planned to 100% abyss (after finishing my first clear), I currently have no plans to get exploring it 😅

    More or less. Getting soloes (with sym supreme mostly) felt great. But the final fight is just a cash grab. I'd much prefer fighting mordo 3 more times. Cyclops is super fun with duped void, when he reverses power gain. Cmm when you feel energy damage and destroy her.
    Not looking forward to exploitation, considering how much resources it takes

    Three paths in and so far it’s been alright. With the right counters it’s been more of a mental test than actual ability. I’ve enjoyed some fights and getting to know how to play around them (darkhawk, for one), but others have been miserable (luke cage).

    Have the longest path left in path 4 with champs I’m not looking forward to, then I start planning for path 5. Hoping to have it 100% by the end of the year, but we will see

    I can't say I liked it much. Did the easy path and don't plan on exploration soon.
    A couple fights are fun but most are tedious.
    Rewards are nice though

    I enjoyed the first run on the “easy path”, though I did it when it came out and some of the fights were bugged like CMM so it was much less enjoyable than my 2nd pass through. Full exploration wasn’t a lot of fun for me honestly, and I had all of the horsemen. It cost about 4-5k units per run on average depending on path. I did 3 paths in 5 days to plow through it and felt good when I was done, but I’m not sure enjoyable is a word I would use. Rather, it was a sense of accomplishment when it was done. Some fights were more fun than others but overall I found it tedious after the first couple paths.

    I've only got path 4 and 5 to go, I love abyss. I find it a fun challenge and a great way to learn characters. I got half way through my abyss run and found out I didn't have a havok counter so I had to figure out how to fight havok with Doom.

    In the middle of my run now. VTD was the worst for me so far just because it felt like it dragged on forever. Only been going until my boosts run out so I don’t get burnt out. Fun so far!

    I hate long fights but thought i'd push it for the T5CC.. I got the one i didnt have a champ for and everyone of my champ pulls were rubbish. In all not worth the time and resources for myself.

    I quite enjoyed it other than the collector. I wish there wasn’t the hit cap though.
