Contacting Kabam

Is there any other way to contact kabam?
Every time I try to submit a ticket I just get an automated response and they close the case.

Customer service is a joke at this point.

Anyone had any luck talking to someone real?

    You can contact them in-game or through HERE. As long as you are providing proper information they'll be able to assist you.
