Falcon Not Preventing Evade??

I used Falcon against the Mister Fantastic boss in the shadow base raids and he was still evading while locked on. Am I missing something? Or is this a bug?

    Read nodes maybe it prevents it

    Maybe your rooted? Video?

    No nodes other than the global in shadow base raids, and nothing that should affect this mechanic.

    And I wasn't rooted, he was just evading like normal. I didn't take a video, and can't go back in (till next week).

    Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems like a bug cause it works as it should when I just duel MF, and I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work correctly in the other scenario.

    Mr.Fantastic's sig ability increases ability accuracy . so falcon reduces ability accuracy by 100% but in case a champ has increased ability accuracy he can still evade.

    True, but I believe it only increases the chance to evade unlockable attacks. And even that still doesn't take it over 100%.
