Who Should I Rank 5?

I have many 5 stars at rank 4 and below and am not sure who I should take to rank 5. For some perspective, I have completed Variants 2-5 (none explored), easy path of Labyrinth, and am on act 6.3. I don’t run suicides. Given that information and my current 5 star roster, who should I take up? All feedback is greatly appreciated.

Ghost

Personally I’d rank up ghost. If you don’t want to do that I’d take up doom. They’re both good choices and will both help you greatly. It’s up to who you play most.

Quake

Quake if you know how to play her, Ghost if you don't know how to play Quake, Nick if you don't know how to play either. Doom if you suck and take a lot of hits. 😂

Man you have so many options. I wish I was that lucky. I would say Quake if you are good with her, not then Ghost, not then Fury(cause of evade synergy with quake) or Doom.
