Cant play

I cant play the game on celluar data, i can play fine using wifi, i have t-moblile on a Samsung S8 and i have not been able to finish an AQ or war for 3 weeks cause of this issue..

I have unlimited data usageon my phone. I chevked all settings on my phone, snd i have restarted my phine. Dekered the app and reinstalked, clear memory and cache nothing worked. This is the only app that i hsve an issue with, please help!!
