I have 3 battle groups ready but when i go to do a quest it says battle group 2 and 3 inactive, how do I change this?

The first tab on the AQ start up screen says 1, 2, 3.
That first screen is asking you to tell the system how many AQ BG's you want to run.
If you click 1, you'll only start up 1 AQ BG.
You have to click on 3, on that very first screen in order to run 3 battlegroups of AQ.

Each subsequent tab guides you through to select the map for BG 1, and then you can add a modifier if you want. Click next.
Then select your Map for BG 2, add modifier if you want, click next.
Select your Map for BG 3, add modifier, click next.
The next screen lets you review everything. You'll see which Map and modifier you selected for each BG team.
If it's right, click start and viola, your done.
If it's wrong, click the back button to go back to the BG you need to make changes to, fix it, click next until you return to the review screen.
Then hit start.
