Human Torch Vs. DIss track (bug)

human torch incinerate are not applying on opponents. i started recording and it magically started applying. when i stopped recording. the bug will come up where the incarcerate nor the smolders would apply on opponent, i know is not a visual bug (the opponent would still take damage but in this case. they aren't taking damage.)
im playing on an android (note8) with wifi and data.
