Why sometimes Longshot’s SP1 throw 1 dagger and other times a ray of daggers?

He throws multiple projectiles when Pure of Heart is active, giving a burst of bleed damage. If it’s only one, Pure of Heart is not active.

Yep. Avoid using SP1 when Pure of Heart is inactive, go for SP2 instead then.
