Selector is only meaningful for specific group of players: those with good 6* champ in particular class.

For those with big 6* roster already, its just nice to have as the rank up plan can be adjusted accordingly.

For those with trash/fair 6* roster, the meaning of selector is quite low as he/she have no idea with who to rank up.
