I opened mutant skill dual crystal with 99 sig aegon and did not get max sig crystal is that right?

(above). Agree, the champ has to ALREADY BE at Max Sig before opening a new crystal in which you pull him again, for you to receive the Max Sig crystal.

If the current Pull is what makes the champ reach Max, then no you don’t get the crystal.
