Which 4-star should I rank 4?

I haven't ranked up my 4-stars in a while and I have enough catalysts for 4-star rank 4. I'm not sure which champion I should rank 4(I don't have any awakening gems I can use and I have 5-star rank 3 Star-Lord already).
