Eh I'd guess Omega Sentinel will have really low regen and meh damage or really good regen and meh damage, while at least Herc would probably have some crazy damage that's rewarded through skill so I'll take the champ that's at least guaranteed to hit hard. If he's anywhere between Starlord and Aegon then that's good enough for me.
