Magneto Matador bug

So I was using mags in 6.4.3 on the matador path and I realised he wasn’t gaining power from matador. It was happening randomly. No idea why. I have it on video 👇

I m pretty sure Magneto's -70% AAR comes into play here that's why most of the time you don't get the bar of power but sometimes you do.

Aar stops it for some reason

Champs with strong AAR prevent the power gain. I've noticed it with my Archangel at times, but it's never an inconvenience with him.
