Tech T5CC disappeared !!!

I finished Act6 and got “lucky” with the rewards and got tech t5cc. This was about a month ago. Just noticed that my tech t5cc is completely gone nowhere to be found. I only needed a little less than a 10% to fully form the catalyst so I just should have about 16% of one. But it’s disappeared.
