Options

How I would tune up the Heralds of Galactus...

Silver Surfer:
Increase the maximum amount of each rotating buff from 2 to 3.
Increase the active time for the Combat Power Rate buff from 15 seconds to 20 seconds.
Increase the active time for both Fury and Armor Up buffs from 24 seconds to 30 seconds.
Increase the active time for the Aptitude buff from 24 seconds to 30 seconds.
Add Regeneration, Precision, and Cruelty buffs as a secondary buff when consuming the Power Cosmic buff.
When activating a Combat Power Rate buff from the Power Cosmic, also gain a Regeneration buff which regenerates a small amount of health each second. Active for the duration of the Combat Power Rate buff and expires whenever the Combat Power Rate buff expires. Max stack 1.
When activating a Fury buff from the Power Cosmic, also gain a Cruelty buff which grants increased critical damage rating. Active for the duration of the Fury buff and expires whenever the Fury buff expires. Max stack 1.
When activating a Armor Up buff from the Power Cosmic, also gain a Precision buff which increases critical rating. Active for the duration of the Armor Up buff and expires whenever the Armor Up buff expires. Max stack 1.

Terrax:
Increase overall attack and critical rating.
While the opponent is in the Rock Field, drain 5% of the opponent’s maximum power every half second.
When Rock Field ends, gain an indefinite Fury buff granting +20% attack rating. Max stacks 5.
When Rock Field ends, gain 33% of a bar of power each second until reaching the power bar that corresponds to the last used special attack. Power Gain will cancel if Terrax holds block.
For each Power Cosmic buff, increase the potency and active time of Armor Break debuffs by 15%.
If Terrax has at least one Power Cosmic buff before activating Rock Field, gain an Unblockable buff for the duration of Rock Field.

Air-Walker:
Add immunities to both Poison and Incinerate.
Allow Air-Walker to activate his special 3 no matter how many Power Cosmic Charges he has.
Gain an Unstoppable buff for the duration of his heavy attack. If struck while Unstoppable, it enters a cooldown for 10 seconds.
Increase Armor Break debuffs’ duration from 11 seconds to 20 seconds.
Fury buffs that are activated from heavy attack charge into a special attack do not expire after the special attack if the opponent has at least one Armor Break debuff applied to them. Instead, the Fury buff remains active until there are no Armor Break debuffs on the opponent. Max stacks 3.
If Air-Walker had 1 Power Cosmic Buff before activating his special 3, increase active time for the Power of Galactus buff from 20 seconds to 30 seconds.
If Air-Walker had 2 Power Cosmic Buffs before activating his special 3, increase active time for the Power of Galactus buff from 20 seconds to 35 seconds.
If Air-Walker had 3 Power Cosmic Buffs before activating his special 3, increase active time for the Power of Galactus buff from 20 seconds to 40 seconds.

Cosmic Ghost Rider:
No changes needed!

Full Heralds of Galactus Team Synergy:
If all members of the Heralds of Galactus are on the same team:
Silver Surfer: Board attacks steal 5% of the opponent’s maximum power.
Terrax: Gain an Unstoppable buff for the duration of Rock Field.
Air-Walker: Whenever a Dark Tide debuff is applied to the opponent, 100% to apply another.
Cosmic Ghost Rider: The Precision buff from Dexterity will not count as the Precision Judgement.

    honestly Silver Surfer isnt even that bad. He was just way too hyped. The only way he wouldve ever met the hype is if he was CGR level or stronger.
    ya like if they were to add in Endgame thanos as a playable character even if he was god tier people will be dissapointed because they thought he would be BGT
