Magnetos sig ability is bugged

1. pacify was off and had zero interaction here and even if..it is a node 55 limber maxed magneto with node limber on top
2. His sig ability says a value not a % which should increase from a node

Just because its not a percentage doesnt mean it wont increase with nodes.
Look at iceman for a different example of this. He would be harmless as a defender if his sig always dealt the same damage regardless of nodes
