Magnetos sig ability is bugged

1. pacify was off and had zero interaction here and even if..it is a node 55 limber maxed magneto with node limber on top
2. His sig ability says a value not a % which should increase from a node

Just because its not a percentage doesnt mean it wont increase with nodes.
Look at iceman for a different example of this. He would be harmless as a defender if his sig always dealt the same damage regardless of nodes

Read the sig ability of that 56k Magneto.

Say the sig says a max of 4000 damage dealt in one hit. If magneto is on a +300% health node, he takes a maximum of 16000 health in one hit.

In that case his block penetration should increase upto 35%
116x8 and flat value converting

4986.54(1+7)= 39892.32

Why will block penetration scale with increased health?
