    Torch. First, he’s the best champ of those 8. Second, he gets a lot of benefit from being awakened. Third and probably most definitely importantly, he’s by far the highest ranked so most likely the champ you use the most, if you don’t use a champ their abilities are irrelevant.

    Torch doesn't necessarily need it. Its great to put on him if you intend on using him in the Abyss but other than that, you'll RARELY find yourself using his sig ability or even having the opportunity to use it. Out of the champs you have listed though, Luke Cage stands the most to gain. Its a nice safety blanket in case you slip up.
