From what i understand this cruelty should pause all active prowess effects, for the cruelty's entire duration, that are on Magneto when he throws a Sp3.
I dont think this ability is working correctly.

As u can see right after i used the Sp3 the 6 prowess' were paused. I gained more prowess and those were not paused as the abilities say. But right at the end of the video 2 prowess buffs, of the original 6 that were paused, expired leaving him with 4 paused prowess buffs. The original 6 Prowess buffs shouldnt start to expire until the Cruelty has expired.
I dont think this ability is working correctly.
