Massive Rank-Up Advice??

After cyber weekend deals I have a lot of 5* champs and I have enough resources to r5 one and r4 one, please drop some advice. My goals are finishing act 6 and doing variants.
Current team: r5 nick fury, r5 doom

Options for rankups:

Warlock (unduped but I have a tech gem)
Omega Red (Sig 200)
Thing (unduped but I have science gem)
Corvus (unduped but I have cosmic gem)

Please let me know who I should r5 and r4, and if I should use awakening gems on them.

Omega Red followed by Corvus and warlock thn thing
Ya u should rank up all of them eventually...this would be the order i will do it

I’d do omega and then warlock

If you run suicides:
Omega then Corvus then warlock
If you don't run suicides:
Warlock then omega then corvus

Everybody is worth ranking up. Use the gem on Corvus.

I agree with everyone above, and 99% of summoners, that they are all good champ. Rank the ones you like and are good with first. They have different play styles, some will fit you better than others. Some will be better than other for the content you want to do next. More choice would be Warlock first because I enjoy fighting with him but that doesn't mean he's right for you.
