Who to use 5* generic gem on?

Black Friday brought me some new forces, 5* generic gem is itching even more than before! Could for now put only 40 sig stones, still don't have AA, NF, Aegon or CMM, fighting 6.1.2 at the moment.
I do have 5* Karnak for Medusa, no Black Bolt, also have Ghost Rider (unduped) for Blade, sadly no Starky.
Only duped 5* for now are Hype, She-Hulk, SL, Taskmaster, Darkhawk and Antman

Since you have 40 sig stones only then I'd say collosus. If you had 140 or more I would recommend OR.

Here's a thought tho:

Use it on Medusa as she literally needs only one sig level, and save the sig stones for whenever you can dupe Omega. Medusa is the single best counter to all robots in the game, and since you dont have Red Magneto then she will be VERY useful for you.

That is one clever thought!
I have unduped Nebula 5*, but never used her, I find it too risky to get her to high shock charges, I usually take too much block damage. Don't have 5* Proxima either
I just last night killed 6.1.2. Ultron with combination of r4 Aarkus, Hype and Doom plus some 5 20% Doom revives, so maybe Colossus will be best bet against Crossbones that lays ahead?
