Cyber weekend deal has expired

@Kabam Miike I purchased advanced, greater and superior summoner bundles and was debating whether to buy maximum summoner bundle or not. I thought the deals lasted till Dec 1. But now that bundle is no where to be seen after 24 hrs of purchasing the initial three bundles. Is this how it is supposed to be?

Just purchased the Odin to get to 4K units and now the deal is gone for me as well.

It was mentioned no where that once u purchase a deal others will expire within 24 hrs

In the email it said the deals were going to last 3 days. I wonder with all the negative feed back and no sales they will be changing them

They were 24hour offers in game from the second of release, it did confuse me but I didn’t really pay much attention as the only one i bothered with was the 1k offer.

I can confirm, after you purchase the first deal, the timer goes down to 24 hours for the remaining bundles.

The first initial offer comes with a 3 day timer and then once you purchase that offer, you have 24 hours to purchase the next offer and so on. It's literally at the bottom of the offer and on the home page at the bottom

Second bundle immediately after Lagacy purchased the first one (Says 24hrs reminging):


And the bundles do disappear when the timer expires.

Just gotta be observant OP. I thought the same but then doubled checked. Have to be accountable for your own mistakes

Zibiit confirmed (elsewhere) that this is working as intended.
Which for normal offers is good, that it ensures you get another full 24 hrs to make the next purchase (most similar escalating offers are only 1 day to start).

However in this case where offer (initial one) lasts 4 days, any subsequent level of the offer should at a minimum still give you thru the full original 4 day span. (with maybe it being a full 24 hrs for next level if you had waited until last day to buy 1st level, where it otherwise would have been only a partial of a day left for next one).

If someone needed until Monday's arenas to finish getting enough for the next level of offer, but chooses to kick-start it with the first offer right away, they should not lose out (since it never said subsequent levels would only be 24 hrs).

I do have to agree with those complaining (in this instance).

Yeah, I found this aspect to be a tad disappointing. It would've been nice for this to have been clarified in the initial in game message. I just double checked to see if I had overlooked it, but no. There's nothing within the message that indicates once you purchase the 1st Unit based bundle that the next timer gets reduced to 24 hours afterwards. I did immediately notice it, but had I known that was a factor, I may've opted to wait a bit longer before purchasing the initial 1k bundle.

Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals used to be 1 day (or 1 day each). In which case you actually GAINED time to purchase the subsequent deals (where it reset to 24 hrs). Now that it is a multi-day deal, you LOST time for the subsequent ones.

Don’t happen to recall offhand other deals that were also multi-day Unit-Spending Deals from the Offers Tab (not either of the Stores). But if there was such a case, I’m sure it must have had rightfully complaint threads about it back (whenever) it was too, if it chopped the subsequent offer times down to only 24 hrs instead of rest of the multiple days left.

Kabam should make note of this and correct it in future years.

For those who are getting unit deals for the first time or new players, they wouldn't know about it. Better to actually clarify this rather than assume everyone knows.
