I think this one is so out of touch with new accounts now.

I’m ftp so I’m not sure what exactly are good deals based on money spent but 23 3*s and 23 prems truthfully doesn’t look that bad. That’s way better than buying those for units.

Usually noobs only care about 5 stars at the beginning and even then, 4-Star come super quickly. And PHC odds are beyond terrible.

I think you are confusing 2nd account holders with noobs.
