Any of these guys worth a 5* generic awakening gem?

Warlock, Sourcer Supreme, Symboite Supreme, Hit Monkey, Star Lord, Luke Cage, Gwenpool, Black Widow (deadly origins) or Hulk Buster.

    Thanks guys. So far I have caiw, iceman, darkhawk, she hulk and stark spidey awakened. I'll hold for someone better.
