Stuck on "This In-App Purchase has already been bought." Iphone 6

On the 27th I bought tony stark's briefcase for the cyber Monday offers. While I was making the purchase the game crashed. While the game was loading back in I was sent a confirm purchase message. I confirmed the purchase but when I got back in game I did not receive my items so I requested a refund to apple. On the 28th I got my refund so I tried to rebuy tony stark's briefcase. But every time I try to rebuy it I get this message, see attachment 
After I get this message the game freezes and won't give me my items. I have tried contacting kabam support and they told me to contact apple and apple support told me to contact kabam. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
