AI Attacks

Why is it that the AI can use their 1st and 2nd Attacks even though their bar is above in the 2nd or 3rd Attack range?

What quest you talking about? Earlier quests they don't use L3

Im doing Act 3 quest and when thier power meter in the bottom is red they will just do those 1st special 3 time in a row and it's getting annoying and idk why we can seem to do it that way

Always has been that way. The fact that you don't need to worry about them using an L3 is beneficial since it lowers the difficulty and you don't have to worry about baiting specials to avoid it.

That's true I just sometimes wish we could do the same to take advantage of certain specials

Well, Im assuming you mean while we have an L3 stored we can choose to use an L1 or L2 instead?
There is a simple answer to this. Don't build up to an L3 if you want to use an L1 or L2.

Will add, with the majority of champs its best to use the L2. Hits harder and has a chance to crit
