Is Namor still useful in current meta ?

I pulled him recently from Nexus and was wondering if i can still take him over my 5* r3 OML or Storm X.

Id say yes, kt1 I believe r3 his 6* and I just r4 my 5*

Just for the sig ability. His ramp up takes longer now which I don't personally like.
I'd recommend sticking with OML or Storm X. They both are great.
