What event triggers this unit deal? I thought it was expert daily but I ran through all the paths and didn’t get the offer

About turn in opinion?

The offer pops up every 6 runs. If you are short of T4b, you can do the same expert quest over and over again, and envy 6 runs, the offer will pop up.
