Hyperion display during fight

When Hyperion fills the power bar, the bars begin to flash / flicker. When it is like this, when attempting to activate the sp3, one of the others may activate. I don't know if this also happens with the AI, but definitely for the player. Just noticed it this week.

Is that on a node where you are losing a little power always at that time, as well as gaining power from your attacks (or his natural power gain times). So it sort of toggles back-n-forth between full bars and just short of 3 bars.

So depending when exactly you press SP button, it could be either SP2 or SP3.
