Increased Champion PI After Update

Just getting in some arena after the update, and almost all of my champs seems to have much higher PI than they did before the update. Anyone else noticed this? Haven't got any recent screenshots of my roster page, but can see from a different screenshot at least that 5/65 Sig 200 Ghost has gone from 14,530 a couple of weeks ago to 14,960 today with identical masteries.

Any reason for the increase?
