Cav eq skill global bugged

So it was supposed to go from 15% attack rating stacking to x20 to 35% and stacking to 10 furies. But instead it is now 15% stacking up to 10% havent checked out if the others are bugged yet

There was a small issue with this but the team pushed a quick fix so everything should be operating properly now.
