Google play login issue

Hi,
I couldn't login to my Google play account which is my main account. However I can login to my kabam account.so the problem is not with my device, it just keeps on loading for hours and still wouldn't login to Google play account... Please give me a solution for this issue. Tried contacting customer support and gave all the info I was asked but there is no response after that.
