Magneto vs warlock celebrity sp3 bug?

I am getting only minimal damage vs warlock with a 6 star r2 magneto sp3. Is this intended? It is not applying armor break, and no magneto is not infected by warlock.

You probably blocked a hit and then your power drained to zero which caused you to take a bunch of damage

I finished. Cap IW easily took down each warlock, and was also great for mysterio.
