Can you use electro and heimdall synergy against the cap because of his aggression fury, even tho he takes 100% less damage from not crits, would the electro damage from getting hit mitigate that?

No because I know how crit me with your best shot works. Only crits do damage. Those are the yellow numbers. Static shock is not a yellow number. It doesn’t work.
