No special objectives and no 10% T5cc?

Since the Cavalier difficulty was introduced, there has always been a 4* only challenge that awarded once 10% t5cc crystal, why isn't that available this month? Is it a bug or the 10% crystal is just coming with some other monthly quest not yet released?
