Everything is so slow

Since the update everything takes so much longer to do. Click Continue in arenas to start the series and it takes at least 15s to start. Im 50 fights behind my usual grind. Plus i get between 5-8 freezes per hour mid fight. Plus the crashes here and there asking for help.
