About uncollected issue

I am uncollected from 3 days but grand master didn't come in shard crystals and also my uncollected 14 days calendar didn't come and also champion crystals from 3* to 5* didn't come.(which we buy from units).Please kabam team fix this problem in my game. My profile name is Infinity stone6~7.
