Magneto vs HTD bugged?

Magneto isn’t gaining power like he should against the Matador node in the celebrity challenge. He also appears to fail 26x to cause a single bleed during his SP3. I know there’s a chance that RNG fails all 26x, but it seems highly unlikely.

    -70% ability accuracy works against you when the matador node is in play. As for the bleeds, the global nodes removes all buffs on you before the activation of a special attack hence there were no bleeds.

    Ahh!!! Thanks for the clarification. I guess Magneto is a terrible option.
