Magneto vs HTD bugged?
https://youtu.be/pzALXKvZh1E Magneto isn’t gaining power like he should against the Matador node in the celebrity challenge. He also appears to fail 26x to cause a single bleed during his SP3. I know there’s a chance that RNG fails all 26x, but it seems highly unlikely.
