Tier 6 Basic and Tier 3 Alpha Catalysts? When Can We Expect Them?

Being able to rank up a 6-Star past rank 3 has to be in the near future, right?
If I had to guess, Book 2, Act 1 (Act 7) will probably have all our answers.
Completion of the entire Act 1 (Act 7) should probably give you a single Tier 6 Basic Catalyst. And maybe for Exploration you can get another Tier 6 Basic Catalyst. I expect Tier 3 Alpha Catalysts will be only a tad easier to get with maybe three Tier 3 Alpha Catalysts throughout all of Act 1 (Act 7).
I'm telling you! Book 2, Act 1 (Act 7) has all our answers!
Also, tell me if you agree or have any other ideas where we'll be able to find these missing Catalysts!

WARNING: I have seen Book 2, Act 1, Chapter 1 Rewards. I know that neither of these Catalysts are in those rewards, so don't tell me that I'm wrong when NOBODY other than KABAM knows.

Usually, the end of each Act gives a step up to the next roster progression level (unless Kabam decides to screw it and introduce it before that happens, like with AoL. And that’s not a good thing cause it trivializes the Act exploration rewards).
