Yesterday’s Hero use rank rewards didn't came.????

I scored a lot of points in yesterday’s hero use 22 hour event but I didn’t find the rank rewards mail or the rewards in my inventory box. Here’s the screenshot attached of no email from kabam of rank rewards. I never delete mails I receive.

I just kept doing the side quest. I forgot it was even running honestly
