From everywhere I've seen, caiw is usually ran with at least a cosmic on the team but I don't have any cosmic that I usually run on the team so I was just wondering if it's still worth it ranking CAIW up?

    Yes
    IMO his best synergies are actually with Tech and Skill champs. Cosmic synergy is nice if you need armor breaks, but that’s just one of his many utilities. I’m assuming he is duped and high sig, otherwise those synergies don’t even apply. Bottom line- CapIW is a hero. Rank him up and use him and you won’t be disappointed!
